Have you ever tried jam without heat treatment? Why should you? This jam contains less sugar than the regular (traditional) jam! You also get all the benefits of live enzymes from these farm berries. The cooked-free method is making jam’s taste fresh just like a perfectly juicy strawberry and keeping a beautiful colour.

We gently mash local strawberries with cane sugar and have kept for you all the vitamins of ripe berries in this jar.
We don’t add pectin to our jams, so it will be a welcome addition for those of you with allergy to pectin.

We love our sweet jams for toasts, bagels, muffins, scones, crepes and biscuits. Our kids are crazy about eating it straight from a jar like a dessert. Jams by M!lkUp are also delicious on ice cream!
