Our Sour Cream is made using the whole grass-fed cow’s milk, fresh cream and active live cultures.

Like traditional european-style dairy fermented products, it is slowly cupset cultured into its jar.
The cupset fermentation has more advantages than vat-set's, so this minimises the product exposure. Our Sour Cream is unstrained, which means all nutrients are kept, giving it a rich and creamy texture. Each jar is unique and not like the others.

This Sour Cream may release some whey since we don't add any “glue” additives in it.
No added sugar, milk powder, cream powder, gelatine, palm oil, starch, as well as other thickeners, stabilisers or preservatives.

Enjoy our Sour Cream as a base for dips, dressings, with soup, or load a spoonful on a baked potato. Best pairing with pies, cake frosting, or berries.
