Our Apple Ricotta Cake is a traditional sweet dish with a rich cheesy filling. Perfect combination of organic apples, fresh ricotta and semolina! It tastes amazing!
Semolina is quite a versatile food & has plenty of health benefits. It contains large amounts of selenium, which prevents infections and strengthens the immune system.
Apple Ricotta Cake is high in protein and has a low glycemic index. It’s rich in iron, calcium and magnesium.
We don't add: flour, yeast, milk powder, margarine, gelatin, gums, palm oil, stabilisers, and preservatives.
Can be served warm or cold. Goes great with chilled sour cream, jam or a scoop of ice cream.

ricotta cheese, organic apples, farm eggs, semolina, fresh sour cream, butter, cane sugar, vanilla extract
Recommended use
store in a fridge for 3-5 days
Defrosting:
oven
- preheat the oven to 180 c°
- when the oven has heated, unwrap the cake and slide into the oven
- bake for 8-10 minutes, until the centre is soft
microwave
- place the cake upside-down into a special plate for microwaves
- microwave on full power for about 3 – 3.5 minutes (depending on your microwave)
natural way
- unwrap the cake and leave it for about 1 hour to defrost, until it is ready to eat
