Natural raw unpasteurised farm milk is rich in vitamins and minerals such as vitamin B12 - 13.3%, calcium - 12%, phosphorus - 11.3%.
This milk is suitable for those who avoid food heat treatment or for those who prefer to pasteurise on their own.*

This milk comes from a family owned dairy farm.
The farm consists of 400 acres of eco land in Kalibaru, the uniqueness of the particular region in East Java, and a herd of 95 Holstein Friesian milking cows producing about 600 litres a day. Holstein Freisian is a type of dairy cow native to Europe which is known to have the highest daily milk production.


Animal husbandry is strictly managing 24 hours a day with a 2 shift division of labour. The milking is done twice a day, starting from 7 am to 7 pm. Currently, out of 95 cows, about 37 cows are productive by producing milk.
All the cows are grass-fed and sometimes in a hot season it’s mixed with other greens from trees that are grown in the area and the resulting manure is composted and then used to fertilise the fields.
