Our halva is crafted from sesame seeds that are toasted and ground to make tahini, a pure nourishing  vitamin and mineral-packed superfood.

Our tahini is then mixed with sugar at high temperatures to create halva, this decadent energy-packed wonder food like no other.   

Sesame seeds are packed with protein, iron, zinc, magnesium, calcium and phytic acid while being low in carbohydrates.
