Delivery information

STANDARD DELIVERY

Same-day delivery is possible if ordered before 8 AM and the day of your order corresponds to the delivery schedule to your area (Zone). All orders placed after 8 AM are delivered the next day or the following day according to the delivery schedule for your location. The delivery interval is 4-5 hours depending on the total number of orders and the courier’s route. Customer cannot request delivery time on Regular Delivery, if you want to have a specific delivery time, please upgrade to Express Delivery. Orders placed on Sunday will be processed and shipped the next business day.

Zone 3 - Uluwatu / Bingin / Jimbaran / Nusa Dua / Benoa - Mon-Wed-Thu-Sat / 10.30 AM - 2 PM — Rp20.000
Zone 4 - Mengwi / Green Lot / Tanah Lot - Daily (except for Sunday) / 10 AM - 2 PM - Rp 20.000
Zone 5 - Far Denpasar / Penatih / Kesiman / Peguyangan / Renon / Sesetan / Suwung - Mon-Wed-Thu-Sat 10:30 AM - 2:30 PM - Rp 20.000
Zone 6 - Sanur - Mon-Wed-Thu-Sat - 10.30AM - 2PM - Rp 20.000
Zone 7 - Ubud / Tohpati / Batubulan - Mon-Tue-Thu-Fri - 10.30AM - 3PM - Rp 25.000

EXPRESS DELIVERY

Delivery within 2 hours for orders placed from 12 PM until 7 PM daily, and from 2 PM until 6 PM on Sundays.

The delivery interval should be not later than 2 hours after you have received confirmation from our manager.

Express delivery is available only for online orders placed on the website.
