Our special Easter Panettone is so yummy, soft, and absolutely delicious. It’s an enriched dough, just like a brioche. This means that it has extra ingredients with fat in them (eggs and butter) apart from the essential flour, salt, yeast, and water. This makes the dough 500 times more delicious. Also, the zest of orange and lemon as well as the mix of raisins that we soaked in brandy gives this panettone an incredible flavor. 

This Easter Panettone will be your favorite for this holiday and it definitely is a lovely gift for friends and loved ones.

dough: wheat flour, sugar, butter unsalted, brandy, raisin black, raisin king, yeast, eggs, aroma rum, aroma vanilla, lemon zest, orange zest, water
frosting: sugar, egg white, vanilla extract, gelatine
decor: thyme, chocolate eggs

Recommended usage
store in an airtight container or heavy paper bag at room temperature for 5 days
