Baked figs with tvorog

Lusciously sweet, chewy roasted figs with smooth skin and crunchy seeds pair so well with our bestseller - a savory & soft Tvorog (homemade Russian Ricotta). Our probiotic Tvorog has no analogues! It is different from popular cottage cheese. Prepared by the traditional Russian farmers’ recipe it has a unique taste and high nutritional value. It’s rich in protein & calcium and provides plenty of benefits for your health.

Preparation time: 10 min

  • 6 medium-sized figs
  • 80 grams MilkUp! Tvorog
  • 2 tbsp chopped walnuts
  • 1 tbsp chopped sage
  • 2 tbsp honey salt & black pepper to taste


Cut off the stems and make an X cut in the top of each fig half way through.
Stuff the figs with Tvorog using a tsp. Sprinkle some chopped walnuts & sage and drizzle them with honey. Add salt & ground black pepper to taste.
Broil for about 5 min or until they look soft & release juice. Serve them warm or cold!
